A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Charlene Gregory and Chris Woodcock. Absent Frank Emmerich.

Public Comment: 

·         A resident of the Village was concerned with sewage going into the storm drain. Advised the board he called and left a message and he received no response. Concerned that the storm drain goes into the creek.

·         Mr. Frank Tallarino came to advise the board that he would urge the Village board to vote not to accept the County’s agreement with the Indian Nation.

·         Mr. Belton asked the board when and if the sidewalk in front of his house would be replaced. He had concerns with it being hazardous do to a lip that you could trip on and water pooling on it in the winter.

Motion was made by Charlene Gregory to approve Park Program to run July 8^ththru August 8^thTuesday, Thursday and Fridays. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Jessica Planck as Park Supervisor and Amanda Emmerich and Tess Knudsen as Park Assistants. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Jacob Bitz for DPW summer help. 3 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to rename and reclassify DPW Superintendent and Water & Sewer Superintendent to be one position called Public Works Superintendent and to supervise all DPW and Water/Sewer operations. Employees working in the DPW will be reclassified as Motor Equipment operators. 3 ayes 0 nays

County agreement with the Indian nation settlement was tabled

Training for insecticide control for Matt Haley was tabled

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve moving $11,000 from playground reserves to finish paying Ballard Sports and to hold off transferring Reserves funds in General until we receive FEMA reimbursement. 3 ayes 0 nays
