A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, Frank Emmerich and Chris Woodcock.

Public Comment:  A resident advised the board of a man delivering newspapers was driving around slowly and sometimes stopping and watching children.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to accept May minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve 2013 -2014 General Fund budget increase in the amount of $49,867.21. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Ryan McNamara and Dylan Trost for Park Assistants for summer program. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
