A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, Frank Emmerich and Chris Woodcock.

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to accept June minutes with the following changes: 4 ayes 0 nays

·         Paragraph 6 and 8 should read 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Resolution #1 for NYS ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT.  4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Resolution #2 for Oneida County Hazard Mitigation Plan. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve paying for ZOO mobile and Puppet Show in the amount of $425 for the Village of Vernon Library. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve to change Villages phone service to Time Warner.

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Clerks, DPW, Water/Sewer and Police Reports.
