A regular Village Board meeting was held on this date at 7:30 p.m.with the following members present:  Mayor, Gerald Seymour, Trustees Todd Marris, Jay Finch, Frank Emmerich and Chris Woodcock.

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to accept July minutes with the following changes: 4 ayes 0 nays

·         Paragraph 7 should read Villages phone & internet service to Time Warner

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve Vehicle Policy as written excluding the word smoking in paragraph L). 3 ayes 1 nay (Chris Woodcock)

Motion was made by Jay Finch to approve to build a Pole Barn at the Sewer Treatment Plant not to exceed the amount of $65,000. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve donation to Kids Run & Health Fair in the amount of $500. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to approve July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015 Town of Vernon Code contract. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Vertex Geospatial to map water lines in the Village of Vernon in the amount of $13,000. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Chris Woodcock to approve Clerks and Police Reports.  4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Frank Emmerich to pay the bills. 4 ayes 0 nays
