Mayor Joseph D’Agostino, Trustee Bryan Acee, William Davies, and Todd Marris.

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve May meeting minutes. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris to approve Proposal from Timothy Ohara as the Engineer for WWTP upgrade. 4 aye 0 nays

Motion was made by William Davies to hire William Maynard for WWTP Operator. 4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by William Davies to approve Amanda Rossi as Recreation Leader and Carly Hinman, Malia Minckler and Jacob Horodnick Recreation Assistance.  4 ayes 0 nays

Motion was made by William Davies to approve Town of Vernon Code agreement for July 1, 2019 - May 31, 2020. 4 ayes 0 nays

Robyn from the Library addressed the board that they have scheduled summer programs so our Park program kids can attend.
