Mayor Joseph D’Agostino, Trustee Bryan Acee, Todd Marris and absent William Davies

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve June meeting minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays

Keith Scheibel updated the board on Oneida County Board of Legislators for July/August

Joe D’Agostino thanked Henry Badgley for years of service with the Village.

Motion was made by Bryan Acee to contract New Water Technologies to operate our WWTP for the $87,000 a year. 3 aye 0 nays

Motion was made by Todd Marris approve Clerks, DPW/Water/Sewer, and Police Reports.
