A Regular board meeting was held on this date at 6:30 pm with the following members present: Mayor Joseph D’Agostino, Trustee Bryan Acee, Todd Marris and William Davies.
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve September meeting minutes. 3 ayes 0 nays
Robyn from the Library confirmed she will put on the Halloween Party on Friday October 25 at 6:00 pm
Allen Yager from AJY Engineering addressed the board on why the Village should have a Municipal Engineer.
Dan Cunningham from New Water Technology presented the board with Septembers update on how the WWTP is running and introduce Isaac Collins that runs the daily operation at the plant.
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve 2020 Board meeting to be changed to 3rd Tuesday at 6:30 pm. 4 aye 0 nays
Tabled approval of CGSS Subscription.
Tables approval of Village Clock repair to organize a fund raiser for donations.
Motion was made by Bryan Acee to approve to have a Public Hearing for HP Hood Industrial Use Permit.4 ayes 0 nays
Public Comment – Nadine from Cooper St addressed the board about the odor in the Village.
Harry Weismantle advised the board that we need to adopt water hookup regulations and we will be needing to purchase a chlorine booster in the near future.
Motion was made by William Davies approve Clerks, Codes DPW/Water and Police Reports.
